It is a sensor that controls any oscillations that can be generated, if there is a structural damage to thewind turbine , an abnormal unbalancing of the rotor. Its efficient functioning is fundamental to guarantee the safety of the system as well as of the people and surrounding objects.

- Its breakage does not determine visible factors from the base of the tower. It is usually only verifiable after simulation of the fault and rarely in the event of a sensor failure the error code is generated on the Mita-Teknik PLC.
